About the role:

The Nintex Customer Experience Program Manager role is an important role in helping scale-out our engagement with all Nintex customers as they look to gain maximum value from their investment in the Nintex Process Platform. These programs will have a focus on helping guide customers through their Nintex journey, from initial onboarding and first projects with the Nintex Process Platform to their expanded use of all capabilities of the platform to ensure continued use and contract renewal. 

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success Managers to understand their successful high-touch engagement approach with customers and look at opportunities to automate aspects of that approach for customers that are not engaged by a Customer Success Manager.

Your contribution will be: 

  • Define, implement, and measure the performance of scalable customer engagement programs that drive product adoption, leading to customer retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities for the Sales teams.
  • Creating scalable customer-facing programs that help customers accelerate the adoption of the Nintex Process Platform and helping customers maximize the value from their investment with Nintex.
  • These programs will include trigger-based nurture programs that provide personalized guidance for each customer, based on the data and insights we have for each account. These programs will include trigger-based nurture programs that
  • Work with Nintex customers to gather feedback to help to optimize their journey with Nintex
  • Measure customer satisfaction, sentiment, and NPS at key moments of truth throughout the customer journey.

To be successful we think you need: 

  • 3+ years’ experience designing and implementing impactful customer success programs at scale, with a focus on product adoption
  • Strong B2B marketing skills
  • Success in building scalable Customer Success processes & playbooks across the customer lifecycle
  • Experience in developing initiatives to nurture customers & drive adoption at scale
  • Bias for action - move quickly and navigate around blockers
  • Ability to gather meaningful feedback and adapt quickly
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Proven track record of orchestrating cross-company program, and managing internal stakeholders
