What you get to do in this role:
The Director of Program Management will focus on operationalizing our Undeployed backlog program working cross functionally with our Global Customer Success Group leadership team as well as executing day-to-day with global renewals, field sales, Success management, professional services, Product Success teams and Global IT. The Program Director will need to understand and help define the taxonomy for undeployed backlog, product success measurement attributes for low, medium, high per product usage, as well as understanding individual customer maturity journeys on a per product and multi-product basis. This role will involve program managing deliverables from the field sales team and ensuring cross functional organizational objectives and timelines are met.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who:
- Is an experienced business-leaning Program Manager
- Has worked in a Field Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success and/or Product Organization
- Has had exposure to Sales operations, customer engagement management, and Product Management (i.e. documenting requirements, scope, timelines)
- Has had exposure to licensing (i.e. understanding entitlements vs. uage)
- Is competent at building cross-functional relationships
- Is experienced and comfortable with data and data analytics
