Eligibility File Specialist - Part Time

Your Role and Impact
98point6 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Eligibility File Specialist. We are looking for someone passionate about data quality, problem solving, maintaining high standards and delivering impactful results for our clients and internal teams. You are excited about working with data and improving our processes. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for an internship or returnship.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for client implementations and ongoing support for existing clients through uploading eligibility files
- Determine exact root cause on customer issues and drive to resolution
- Provide analysis support in complex client issues and custom work requests
- Communicate and collaborate with the account management team on client requests
Qualifications
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and additional corporate tools (Google Suite, Slack etc.)
- Ability to work independently, ask for help when needed and troubleshoot current eligibility file issues
- Ability to communicate clearly and lead discussions around complex issues within an eligibility file
- Familiarity with eligibility files, EDI834 or SFTPs a plus
- Apply effective customer service techniques and principles to all interactions with internal teams and other stakeholders
- On-site Monday, Wednesday and Friday for up to 4-5 hours per day
- Note: this is a temporary, part-time position that could result in conversion to full time
