In this role, you will be an important contributor in the successful attainment of Navigating Cancer’s revenue. You will be responsible for managing the execution, reporting and operations of our partner programs as well as a contributing member of the sales team with the responsibility of helping close potential sales. You will also interface with our important clients to ensure that all aspects of their programs are delivered and they are delighted with our services.

What you will do:
Partner Support:
• Create project timelines and manage milestones for execution of all partner programs, including understanding and executing on partner processes to include contracting, billing, legal/regulatory, and other processes for program go live.
• Build and maintain monthly reporting on all aspects of programs and report to engagement manager and senior management.
• Continually look to refine program reporting and to understand how to build ROI models for all programs, including a wrap up summary at the end of all programs to deliver to partners.
• Collaborate with engagement manager, Director Client Services, Engineering, Product, and Pharma Sales leadership to execute flawlessly on programs.
• Work with product team and engineering to execute on deliverables and to create legal mockups for legal and regulatory review for programs and then work through manufacturer processes to gain
legal and regulatory approval.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders on milestones and next steps.
• Build PowerPoint proposals and SOWs as needed for sales leadership.
• Continue to look to improve processes and efficiency to scale the business.
• Manage revenue recognition for all partner programs and work with Finance Director and CFO to ensure proper billing and collections.
• Work effectively and communicate with sales team to understand pipeline and to communicate milestones of current programs.
Account Management and Client Services :
• Work with Pharma Business Development team to increase/enhance their selling activity.
• Respond to incoming customer phone calls, establishing a responsive dialogue with callers which conveys a working knowledge of NC offerings.
• Gain a strong understanding of the customer needs and workflow to effectively assess needs and to position the Navigating Cancer solutions effectively.
• Focused attention on retaining current customers and providing a quality customer experience.
What you will bring to us:
• Ability to manage multiple incoming support queries, adjust priorities, problem solve and manage time wisely in a fast paced environment.
• Self­ motivated and proactive team player.
• Great analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Advanced communication skill set (both written and verbal) and the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Technologically savvy with a start­up mindset.
• 2+ years sales, account management or consulting experience ideally within healthcare or leading technology industry.
• Experience and/or comfort with analyzing large datasets
• Oncology experience a plus.
