The Qualtrics Partner Success group is a growing team focused on establishing and cultivating alliances with key strategic partners throughout the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities
As we look to expand and grow the partner network, we are looking for a Program Manager who can build enterprise learning content that can be leveraged to train and scale partners. Leverage prior experiences and Qualtrics knowledge to develop product & methodology based training to help partners deliver enterprise customer & employee experience programs. Once built, the individual will also streamline the execution globally to deliver the initial set of trainings.
The successful candidate will:
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand how enterprise engagements are completed within Qualtrics
- Consolidate information to design and develop training content in order to enable partners to deliver high quality enterprise engagements
- Execute initial set of globally trainings while identifying areas of improvement and iterating on content
- Develop strategy for how content delivery will need to be handed off to local resources to be able to scale
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years delivering multiple complex customer software implementations and understands the intricacies of large scale problems. Candidate will also have experience building content & collateral to support training other individuals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to audiences.
