We are looking for an experienced and passionate Program Manager to help us step into a new future of hybrid work by owning the Events programming for the Unified Technology. The premier job for this role will be executing our "UTG Connect" events on a semiannual basis. The hub style events bring together our org of over 6000 people so that we can stay connected, aligned, and excited for the future of our organization. While the UTG Connect events are the main focus of his role, additional responsibilities will revolve around coordinating various other moments that matter (all hands, chats and Q&As, release planning) in partnership with the senior executives of the org.

To be successful in this role you have:
- 5+ years' experience as a project manager or program manager
- 2+ years' experience partnering with an HR University Recruiting, Strategy, Operations, or L&D/ OD function
- Strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, while contributing to larger programmatic initiatives
- An active and data driven approach to problem solving
- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to groups at varying levels
- Bachelor's degree, military experience, or equivalent experience (aka, you started and successfully completed a merit and achievement-based commitment
- Proven project management that has resulted in on-time quality releases
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Platform a plus

Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home.
