Our team is growing fast, and we are hiring a technically proficient, organized, and experienced Technical Implementation Manager.

What you'll be doing:

• Work with new customers through the transition period from Sales to Customer Success and the first 30 days of adoption
• Ensure we are responding to [email protected] requests within a committed 24-hour response time by replying, tagging, routing and following up on open tickets
• Build additional customer support FAQs and materials to better empower our partners
• Manage Single Sign On, ATS and email integrations, and data import process as technical knowledge owner and configuration expert
• Use the discovery process to propose a product configuration scope, plan, and strategy to complete successful implementation in alignment with customer's rollout goals and timeline
• Actively identify potential risks and anticipate the impact of programmatic decisions for customers
• Learn constantly, starting with mastery of the product and Textio's augmented writing domain

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience in implementation and organizational change for enterprise SaaS products that roll out to entire organizations
• Are skilled at manipulating large CSV or XML data files using varied methods including VLOOKUP
• Are familiar with: basic command line, SQL, Git, AWS, Single Sign On identity and user management
• Are technically confident - you can learn and use new technologies quickly
• Are committed to quality as a top priority—you pay attention to what you make and take pride in it
• Know how to convey a vision—you can capture the unique vision of what Textio does and inspire customers with a sense of what’s possible
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing, able to communicate technical information to non-technical and technical SME partners internally and externally
• Love collaborating with people, and they love working with you
• Are a doer—you find the opportunities to help customers and you take them
• Have a track record of trying and learning new things
• Have a point of view but are low ego

This is a role for someone who is both forward-thinking and practical. Can you motivate change for enterprise customer workflows, and also inspire others by painting a picture of what is to come? If you have prior experience with machine learning products, new category creation, and/or HR tech, don’t forget to mention it.
