The Job:

As an Implementation team member, you will ensure new enterprise customers have an awesome, efficient, and trouble-free experience while launching their rewards program with us. Additionally, you will ensure all of Tango Card’s various teams, customer-facing and not, are equally set up with a solid foundation to successfully support the customer post-launch during their full life-cycle with us.

Reports to: Onboarding Manager (Alison Varney)

As an Implementation Specialist at Tango Card, you will:

• Model a customer-first attitude for the Onboarding team, developing processes that put the customer’s experience as a top priority. 
• Own the initial onboarding part of the customer’s Tango Card journey in full, and make it rewarding: provide concise, clean training and best practices for the customer. 
• Proactively communicate with the customer about updates, progress and answer any questions or concerns leading up to their launch. 
• Coordinate closely with Business Development and Customer Success to ensure clean and confident onboarding handoff. 
• Coordinate and advocate cross-departmentally with Catalog Management, Supply Chain, Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering to ensure the customer’s successful launch. 
•  Identify procedural challenges and suggest optimal process changes. 

Our ideal Implementation Specialist will have most of the following skills and experiences:

• Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. 
• 2+ years of office experience (data entry, work within MS office, G Suite, Salesforce, Netsuite, etc.). 
• Keen attention to detail. 
• Problem-solving mindset for process improvement. 
• Ability to thoughtfully balance tactical necessity and strategic improvements. 
• Ability to prioritize/triage competing urgent issues. 
•  Dedication to good team relationships and communication.
