About the Role

Routable is looking for an Implementations Manager to join our Customer Success team. A majority of your time will be focused on helping Routable’s SMB accounts get up and running on the platform. You’ll need to become an expert on the Routable product and how our most successful customers are using it to improve their finance operations.

This role requires heavy collaboration with other teams at Routable and usually multiple customer contacts for each project. You’ll work with the sales team to understand the pains and goals of new clients, you’ll work with our Implementations Lead and Customer Success Managers to brainstorm recommendations and best practices to share with new clients, and the product team to suggest improvements to the product.

You’ll also need to be a diligent project manager so you can efficiently help clients get up and running while providing a great experience. There will be multiple active implementation projects happening at the same time, so taking thorough notes and keeping up with outstanding tasks is a must. We’re always looking for ways to make our client onboarding process more efficient so your ideas about improving our playbooks and tools are always welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple implementation projects at a time with new Routable customers
  • Follow our onboarding playbooks and suggest improvements to our current process
  • Work closely with clients to make sure Routable is integrated seamlessly into their financial systems and processes
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success to ensure smooth transitions
  • Create guides and resources for new clients to set up Routable
  • Deliver product feedback and insights to the Routable product team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working with finance teams
  • Project management experience
  • Willingness to be coached and open to learning
  • Self-starter and comfortable in a fast past startup environment
  • Comfortable leading conversations, training sessions, and troubleshooting with clients
  • Located in a timezone where scheduling calls between 9am and 3pm US Pacific Time is possible

Location

You must be currently authorized to work in the United States or Canada on a full-time basis.

Reporting

The Implementation Manager reports directly to the Head of Customer Success, Jake Peterson.

Rendezvous

To help foster amazing relationships with our coworkers, we meet up twice a year as a whole team in some pretty awesome cities! In the past we’ve met up in San Diego, Seattle, and Austin. We’d rather invest money into memorable team events rather than expensive offices. During our meet-up team time, we love to spend time learning a new skill together, and solving problems. Most recently this has taken on the form of a bread-making class and defeating an Escape Room.

Note: we have paused our meetups due to COVID-19 and will resume when it is safe for everyone to attend
