The Functional Consultant will be the primary contact for our customer on all functional requirements and will be the subject matter expert on Icertis ICM and the CLM domain. This is an opportunity to learn the product (ICM) and implementation methodology. The primary goal is to earn the customer's respect and understanding of Icertis solution and ensure their satisfaction by helping them with design choices that can be supported by the latest release of the product

Responsibilities:

• Implement ICERTIS products and ensure it meets the customer needs.
• Drive system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements.
• Build and foster internal consulting capability within the implementation team.
• Engage with the business team(s) to define solutions to address key implementation objectives.
• Conceptualize and formulate best of breed solutions in close collaboration with business that effectively address key implementation objectives within the bounds of scope, schedule and effort.
• Contribute to ICERTIS product road-map through active feedback from customers and implementation experience. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years Functional Consultant experience.
• Prior experience implementing Contract Management / Supply Chain applications.
• Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations in a functional consulting / lead capacity.
• Knowledge in Data modeling, ETL Architecture, and report design is highly desirably.
• BA/BS Degree.
• MBS and/or experience in Management Consulting is preferred.
• Must be a US citizen.

Travel:

• Must be able to travel frequently across USA (50%).
