Job Summary
Integration of an acquired company is crucial work that determines whether or not an acquisition is successful. As Qualtrics continues to scale rapidly, we are looking for an M&A Integrations Program Manager for Integrations to ensure that our acquired companies and their people get off to the best possible start. You will be empowered to enact massive change across our Services teams, including consulting, customer success, and product support businesses. You will also be building scalable best practices for future M&A integrations in the services organization. Job Description
As an Operations Program Manager for Integrations -- in our services department -- you will be responsible for establishing and driving M&A integrations and building shared best practices across joint service lines. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate, plan and implement all requirements to achieve integration and business results. You will also be responsible for:
- Leading end-state integration planning including organizational design, operating metrics and integration risks
- Building M&A playbooks, diligence and integration templates, deal scorecards, and codifying best practices to support M&A activity at scale
- Establish cross-functional relationships with functional diligence leads and the internal M&A integration team
- Identify and propose process improvements across all services teams to continuously improve the M&A process
Candidates for this role should 1) have experience with integration planning, integration execution and project management, 2) thrive in complex, ambiguous situations, 3) pride themselves in anticipating and identifying potential issues and 4) be able to execute massive change in an organization.

Requirements
- BA / BS degree (top tier MBA preferred)
- 5-7 years of work experience at top-tier consulting firm or in a professional services or program management role at a tech company
- 2-3 years experience in operational integration with track-record of successful M&A integrations
- Ability to diplomatically and empathetically navigate complex cross-functional issues working with internal & external stakeholders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present in front of senior executives
- Ability to lead groups of stakeholders with varying levels of seniority
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize activities and deliverables
- Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous, shifting environments
- Experience in service design is preferred
