Pivotal Commware develops 5G communications platforms, systems and applications based on Holographic Beam Forming® , a patented breakthrough in electromagnetic physics. The NPI Project Coordinator is an integral part of the NPI team to help build communication and processes around our product offerings. The position will work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment working closely with a small group of scientists, engineers and business leaders. This position reports to the Director of NPI.

Responsibilities:

· Supports product introduction efforts by working closely with production test, manufacturing, and quality on development and pre-production builds

· Provide feedback on manufacturing process instructions

· Support ad hoc test metric analysis and reporting

· Coordinate product verification efforts such as test GR&R, product HALT, and other projects under the guidance of technical operations

· Maintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory departments.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology or related field

· 2+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment

· 2+ years’ developing manufacturing process instructions (MPIs)

· Proficient in M/S Outlook, Word, Excel

· Excellent people skills and adaptability

· Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift 25 pounds

· Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time (50% of the time)
