Operations Program Manager, BI & Reporting

What you’ll do

SkyKick is currently in search of a self-motivated, passionate and experienced Program Manager to join our Business Systems & Analytics team. In this role, you will be implementing cross-company programs to develop and optimize data integration and reporting solutions to support a rapidly growing business on a global scale. This role is key to enabling success through accurate data and partnering with teams to help discover actionable insights, both by describing the past and predicting the future.

Who you are:

• You will lead cross-functional teams of business and technical stakeholders to design and deliver data reporting solutions to support all levels of the company
• You are subject matter expert for all aspect of operations for your program, understanding the end-to-end flow of data – from capture and storage to reporting schema and end user dashboards
• You will engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop project scopes and determine expectations for work to be done, including defining critical path and work prioritization against backlog
• You will locate and define new data and process improvement opportunities - to drive standardization efforts and solve for root cause issues
• Implement and manage changes and resolve issues to ensure project goals are achieved
• You will communicate regularly and effectively with all stakeholders on program status throughout its lifecycle
• Assist with the operating rhythms (i.e. Monthly Business Reviews, Business Planning and Performance Management)

The expertise you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years' experience in Operations, Program Management, Project Management tor equivalent role
• Strong Business Intelligence knowledge and delivery experience and understanding of the Microsoft BI technology stack (SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
• Prior experience with Sales Operations, Business Management and Customer Relationship Management [CRM] applications is desired
• Ability to influence others to gain consensus and roll out across the organization
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task with competing priorities
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment, as well as a rapid work pace
• Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
• Experience working in in a SaaS environment
