The Operations Program Manager will serve as a key member of the Center of Excellence team and will report to a Director within the Center of Excellence (Operations). The ideal candidate is an experienced Program Manager with outstanding analytical skills and strong cross-functional leadership experience who will be responsible for defining, managing and measuring programs across the Operations organization.

You have a history of leading strategic cross-functional programs with a strong focus on change management and process improvement producing documented ROI and will be responsible to implement best practices allowing for consistent tracking and measuring for all Operations programs.

You are an expert communicator with a demonstrated ability to lead large teams in the achievement of meaningful goals. You will work across all lines of business at EagleView and develop a deep knowledge of our products, processes and delivery methods.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify, launch and execute programs to drive improvement in process, efficiency and quality for the Operations organization to achieve Operational goals
  • Manage a team of Program Analysts to identify potential efficiencies and recommend process or tool improvements
  • Represent Operations in efforts driven outside of the Operations organization
  • Work with Operations leadership to establish priorities
  • Manage and implement program management best practices – including but not limited to status reporting, governance, integrated project plan tracking, and change management
  • Develop business case and key measures of success for each program
  • Communicate program status, issues and risks with all levels of leadership
  • Develop and implement documentation and training for programs driven from Operations and/or programs where Operations is a Stakeholder
  • Work cross-functionally to attain and align program objectives
  • Facilitate discussions to identify cross-functional and functional strategic decisions and issues to obtain alignment with all Stakeholders
  • Work on special projects as they arise
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 3-5 years experience in Program/Project Management
  • Experience in Product Management desirable
  • Prior management experience recommended
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills; demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Professional oral and written communication skills for effective relationship development/management and presentations with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • High degree of personal ownership and accountability to consistently deliver results in a fast paced and high-profile environment
  • Ability to work across functions in the organization to champion change
  • Knowledge of program management concepts, tools, activities, requirements analysis and facilitation.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or appropriate combination of education and significant experience.
