Role Overview:

We created New Engen to elevate the marketer – through our proprietary technology and in-house digital marketing and creative expertise. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. As part of the People team, this person will play an instrumental role in growing the New Engen team and culture. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about both strategy and execution work and who loves constant change and fast growth. This person will build and execute across multiple learning and organizational development projects and programs. Scope includes efforts that drive impact in talent management, leadership development, organizational design & effectiveness, culture, diversity, equity and inclusion, and org-wide communications. This is a great opportunity to be part of an amazing team that is focused on making a tremendous impact on our growing business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders and other internal stakeholders to assess needs, design, facilitate and manage organization-wide OD programs
  • Collaborate extensively with other members of the People team to design and deliver impact
  • Responsible for aligning OD solutions with company objectives
  • Initiate, build and manage cross-functional relationships to inform OD processes, content and experience
  • Develop and deliver talent/leadership development initiatives (i.e. management skills, 360s, career resources) and culture programs (i.e. DE&I, recognition)
  • Support departmental initiatives and identify ways to enhance learning and team effectiveness
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Experience, skills, mindset:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+ years organizational development experience
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and others cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to execute on multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience helping companies through organizational change
  • Ability to alternate between strategic, tactical, and operational perspectives
  • Preferred: experience as a consultant, learning designer and/or group facilitator
