Partner Integration Manager

Your Role and Impact
You will be responsible for managing our long-term relationships and implementation efforts with large strategic partners such as health plans, medical groups and new commercial accounts. Your experience in executing on-time integration projects, developing partnership strategies, and nurturing external client relationships will be critical in supporting our growth.
Responsibilities
- Project manage the roadmap, milestones and associated workstreams for strategic partnerships, integration efforts and cross-organizational development
- Serve as the liaison between external partners and internal cross-functional teams, guiding business and technical stakeholders as needed
- Work closely with teams across the organization, including engineering, product and commercial to ensure on-time delivery of external commitments
- Identify and scale implementation tools, processes and policies to streamline the execution of partnerships and integrations for engineering teams
- Track and report on support metrics to identify areas of opportunity for relentless improvement in project deliverables and integration quality and stability
Requirements
- 4-6 years project management or program management experience
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry, with deep understanding of health plans, employee benefits and/or electronic health records preferred
- Proven organizational skills with incredible attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
