The Role

You’ll have an opportunity to join the front lines of an emerging partnership team within a company at the center of a quickly developing ecosystem. The Partner Manager will be the primary point of contact for most of Outreach’s partnerships - both with independent software vendors and with non-technical companies relevant to the sales engagement space. You will create the processes Outreach uses to work with these partners, and will work with your marketing peers to scale partner co-marketing efforts.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Assisting in creating and managing partnership processes with the Partnerships team
  • Managing relationships with independent software vendors (ISVs) and our other non-technology partners
  • Leading the GTM process for small and mid-size integrations
  • Responsibility for partner co-marketing efforts
  • Creating & running programs for working with partners
  • Driving the relationship building process at multiple levels between partners and Outreach
  • Working with our internal teams to ensure organizational understanding of partner requirements & relationships

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience building & managing relationships remotely
  • Experience managing expectations with multiple stakeholders & departments internally and externally
  • Experience in a top-tier tech, consulting, or finance company
  • History of creating and improving processes, methodologies, programs and/or frameworks
  • Excellent at managing a high volume of relationships and their respective priorities
  • Comfortable working with & presenting to executive leadership
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel; travel could be up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales/marketing tech company
  • Previous growth stage company experience is a plus
  • Previous product marketing and/or demand gen experience is a plus
  • Proven self-starter and able to come up to speed on complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance
  • Highly entrepreneurial, open-minded, professional, responsive and highly collaborative
  • Enthusiastic willingness to roll-up-your-sleeves and do whatever it takes
  • Ability to learn the core product and speak intelligently about the sales & marketing tech landscape
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver on key milestones
