We service an impressive variety of cars and trucks, offering everything from oil changes and preventive maintenance to brake jobs and no-starts. Our ASE-certified mobile mechanics can perform most jobs right in your driveway or in your office’s parking lot, freeing you up to spend your time as you wish. Who You Are
The Partnership team is the liaison between Wrench’s technology, our service partners, and our loyal customers. We provide dynamic and high-level logistical support to both our customers and our technicians in the field. Our team is also internally responsible for helping customers book jobs and maintaining or exceeding stated revenue goals. You will be an integral part of helping us capturing every customer contact within our service level goals and contributing to the overall success of Wrench. This role will require you to be a problem solver and a relationship builder. Join a fast-paced, cutting-edge team who is changing the way the auto maintenance business operates.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repair services to provide the best experience for customers
  • Manage our network of service partners and own partner communication
  • Build new relationships with partnership accounts
  • Work with our partners to launch new products for Wrench’s service offerings
  • Work across teams to improve internal systems and develop scaleable processes
  • Be a customer advocate and identify user pain points to create better experiences

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years relevant sales, logistics, or customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Hustle to get things done quickly while balancing attention to detail
  • Excited to learn in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Passionate about developing new processes and technology
  • BONUS POINTS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with contract negotiation
  • Experience with cars and automotive industry
