About the job:

As the Pricing Manager with FlyHomes, you will become a subject matter expert across each of our markets. You will help value individual homes by using datasets of recent transactions, listings, economic behaviors, and user behavior trends.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of local valuation and valuations teams
• Periodically audit processes to ensure that policies and procedures are being adhered to
• Regularly sync with local market leaders for alignment on goals
• Regular performance feedback discussions with team members
• Proactively suggest and author policies and procedures as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years professional experience evaluating home prices and understanding renovations costs, or other equivalent experience
• Management experience
• General computer/software skills and willingness to learn new software programs
• Bachelor’s degree required

• Quantitative and data analysis skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
• A team-first mentality and eagerness to set and meet aggressive goals
• Attention to detail and deadlines
• Resourceful, pragmatic with a roll-up your sleeves mentality
• Strong communication skills ability to break down complex concepts and clearly explain them internally and externally

• Estate industry experience a plus
• Solid technical skills
