This role allows you to work from anywhere you choose across the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories), with the flexibility to work from the Seattle HQ office as often as you’d like. 98point6 employees planning to work in the office will be required to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination. Please note that no matter where you are located, all employees should be available during our core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Friday.

 

Your role and impact

We are looking for a results-driven Program Manager to support the Clinical PMO and Strategic Partnerships team at 98point6. You will work to expand the scope of our clinical care ecosystem and operationalize strategies to close gaps in care in a virtual healthcare environment. This includes supporting the development of a clinical partnership strategy that guides our growth, vetting new and innovative clinical technology companies and managing strategic partnerships through to execution.

As a clinical leader working with our Engineering and product teams, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing complex projects to meet 98point6 goals. You will work cross-functionally to understand clinical requirements and collaborate with our engineering and product teams to design and implement reusable, scalable capabilities to support them.

Strategic projects you might lead in your first year include:

  • Planning and executing our Software as a Service (SaaS) offering 
  • Planning and executing clinical projects and programs to support efficient and effective clinical workflows
  • Planning and executing various smaller projects, such as improvements to medical records ingestion, custom care plan content and Safety and Quality initiatives to support clients

Responsibilities

  • Be the interface between the clinic, product owners and the development team, thoroughly understanding the product, helping define user stories and driving the evaluation of appropriate and scalable solutions to meet the business requirement
  • Partner cross-functionally to build PMO framework and project planning functions - create project plans and then drive progress towards completion, holding team members accountable
  • Broadly communicate the status of individual programs and team projects with the ability to effectively navigate project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget and roadmap priorities 
  • Perform effective risk and issue management processes to deliver high quality outcomes
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clinical capabilities to be an early advisor on feasibility and cost of requests from partners
  • Support the statement of work negotiation process with clients and third-party affiliates
  • Ability to understand and describe complex clinical processes and issues to a non-clinical audience

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of business development and/or Program or Product Management experience
  • Excellent customer-facing skills to prioritize and nurture business development relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Excellent track record of building and maintaining trust with cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading projects with the healthcare ecosystem, preferably in a health system environment 
  • Strong knowledge of software as a service and the product life cycle
  • Demonstrated excellence collaborating with technical and non-technical commercial stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and communicate trade-offs to inform decision-making
  • Ability to thrive with partial information and ambiguity to create structure for the projects you lead
  • Demonstrated experience translating market needs to company business goals and objectives 
  • Proven experience working with data and analytics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and organizational savvy
