The Challenge
At Qualtrics, our goal is to create and deliver lovable products. Our Product Experience program brings the voice of customers, users, and frontline teams into the Product management organization, and delivers insights to key stakeholders to aid in decision making for product investment areas and our longer term product vision.
With a strong customer-first culture, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager who is passionate about Product Experience (PX), has strong stakeholder and customer empathy, experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and communications, and technical acumen.
As a Program Manager on Qualtrics’ PX Program, you will work with a team of Program Managers and the Leader of PX Management & Advisory Boards to manage PX programs and insights for 1-2 areas (e.g., Core XM/Design XM, Brand XM) of the Qualtrics Platform. The successful candidate will be an individual contributor who excels at program delivery with exceptional organizational skills and cross-functional communications. You will have the ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders internal to and outside Qualtrics. You will possess a very strong attention to detail, a reputation as someone who focuses on stakeholders (internal and external) and consistently over-delivers on your goals and responsibilities. Outstanding candidates will have experience with the Qualtrics XM Platform. You will be a self-starter who identifies ways to continuously improve program delivery to meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also be an effective multi-tasker who can manage your time effectively. A track record of balancing competing goals and objectives from multiple stakeholders to meet overall program objectives.
Expectations for Success
- Manage PX measurement and insights delivery for 1-2 areas of the Qualtrics Product platform (e.g. Core XM/Design XM, Brand XM)
- Work closely with Product Leaders, Managers, UX, and Engineering teams to ensure PX Insights meet decision making needs
- May manage successful execution of one advisory board program (depending on Product Area assignment)
- Strong story-telling and presentation preparation skills
- Strong analytical skills and technical acumen
- Work closely with other PX Program Managers to continually improve Qualtrics PX Program
Requirements
- BA / BS degree
- 3-5 years of work experience
- At least 2 years experience working in technology company with a focus on product management, customer success or other services roles
- At least 1 year experience working with the Qualtrics XM Platform
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize activities and deliverables
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present in front of senior team members
- Strong presentation preparation, reporting and analysis skills
- Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous, shifting environments
