As the Program Coordinator for Convoy's Product & Engineering orgs, you will scale existing programs by providing administrative and strategic support. You will partner with our leaders to optimize our processes and create efficiencies in the coordination efforts required for trainings, new hire on-boarding, quarterly planning, external recruiting events/conferences, etc. Additionally, you’ll work with cross-company stakeholders (HR, Recruiting, Workplace) to understand and solve process pain points.

What You Will Do:
- Scale existing programs by removing process inefficiencies and streamlining administrative efforts
- Manage logistical tasks for new hire on-boarding, training, events, conferences, etc
- Enhance our external visibility by partnering with the recruiting team to coordinate in-house candidate events
- Assist with launching new programs and maintaining existing ones by building out process playbooks and communicating changes/improvements to stakeholders
- Work alongside HR, Recruiting, and Workplace to ensure new hires are set up for their first day/week
- Field questions from new hires (and their mentors/managers) regarding the on-boarding process; connect them to the appropriate experts
