At Luum we tackle real, big commute problems. As a pioneer in enterprise commute management we engage employees, unify mobility options, and bring about meaningful change. We value individuality, autonomy, and drive (whatever your preferred commute mode may be). We have ambitious goals to expand nationally and this role is essential in realizing that growth.

The Program Coordinator will work as part of a focused team managing a single customer’s comprehensive employee commute experience. Your role will be administering the digital elements of that customer’s parking program. You’ll need a combination of excellent communication and customer service skills for your coordination with on-site facilitators, customer employees, and internal stakeholders. If you have a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to deliver clear results, we want to speak with you!

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you will:

  • Represent the monthly parking program, proactively communicating and resolving employee queries
  • Coordinate all aspects of a complex monthly parking program, including parking permit requests and assignments
  • Proactively resolve employee issues, escalating when needed
  • Work to ensure a great parking experience for the customer’s employees
  • Maintain high standards of the employee parking experience through a responsive and customer-first approach
  • Provide reports on commuter behavior and program performance

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of customer service or related experience
  • Demonstrated experience solving complex problems for fast-moving, data-driven customers
  • Good judgement for when to handle things on your own and when to escalate
  • Experience organizing and balancing multiple priorities and tasks
  • Strong Excel skills are a plus

We’re unique in that our software is purpose-built to solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges. We are still in our nascent growth stages; The ideas you bring up over morning coffee, stand ups, or a Friday afternoon office beverage (spirited or otherwise) could dramatically shape the trajectory of Luum’s success.

The Luum ethos is one of balance that extends to our workplace environment. We have built our team to be reflective of––and carry out––our mission, vision and values. We are committed to growing a team that mirrors the customers we serve, and are intentional about diversity, inclusion, and equity as we scale our company.
