Are you a strong Program Manager with positive relationship development skills? Do you have at least 2 years' experience building successful customer evidence programs? Yesler's Advocacy team is growing - join us!

We are searching for candidates with expert project management skills to manage our client's B2B marketing content and customer engagement programs. You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing or communications roles, preferably in B2B evidence, reference or PR.

In this role, you will develop an understanding of our clients' business needs and how we can help them attain their goals. You will be assigned full-time to a client program, and provide consultative program management services. You will identify and develop good customer stories and lead customer content production by coordinating with customers, writers, editors, designers, and client stakeholders.

You will compose professionally written communication to external clients and internal teams, and maintain sophisticated status tracking and reporting systems. Additionally, you will centralize communications and best practice processes.

You will hone your program and information management skills by developing innovative ways to provide on-demand status reports. You will collaborate with various client stakeholders and vendors to identify and manage marketing content that exceeds our clients' expectations.

You will utilize your concise communication style and set the organizational standard and strategy in the multifaceted world of client services, while also cultivating internal and external relationships and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing client relationships and program results
  • Working across multiple stakeholders to centralize process and communications
  • Building out walking decks, customer facing asks and establish centralized messaging
  • Project managing the production of customer case studies
  • Working through appropriate legal channels to establish public readiness
  • Establishing project goals and milestones
  • Tracking and monitoring long-term program goals
  • Monitoring program budget and providing guidance on its allocation
  • Apprising management of program status and billing forecasts
  • Running multiple projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Ongoing reporting and tracking on monthly, quarterly, and annual goals

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or communications roles, preferably at Microsoft or a similar environment
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, including experience working in or with a high tech company
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Ability to critically review content (written and visual) and provide constructive feedback that improves the messaging, tone, clarity, flow, etc.
  • Exceptionally positive attitude, integrity and pride in a job well done
  • Flexible, intuitive personality with ability to handle complex internal and client relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and SharePoint
