Your role and impact

 

98point6 is looking for a Program Manager to support the development and launch of a behavioral health program. You will structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives for our video-based behavioral health coaching and mental health therapy, incorporating digital therapeutic content in the context of a virtual primary care practice.

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the development of scalable programs and the execution of plans to operationalize strategies in support of company priorities
  • Oversee the implementation of evidence-based clinical practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Clinical Quality Team, Product Team, Marketing Team, Research and Outcomes Team and others to deliver outcomes on our product roadmap
  • Define outcome metrics and mechanisms to track success of the program
  • Create a framework for assessing clinical quality in the behavioral and mental health space to inform policies and procedures that ensure customer satisfaction and access

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management and/or product management experience
  • Demonstrated excellence collaborating with engineering and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of software or product lifecycle (highly preferred)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in managing/supervising the development, delivery and evaluation of clinical mental health programs, including outcomes measurement, evaluation and management (preferred)
  • Master's degree in a field/discipline related to mental health, such as clinical psychology, counseling, behavioral science, psychiatric/chemical dependency, clinical nursing specialty or social work (preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
