We're looking for a Program Manager for our OnSite platform. The Program Manager role is responsible for supporting and delivering business-critical initiatives within EagleView. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager and leader, passionate about flawless execution, operational excellence, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position partners with business leadership, product management, operations, and engineering to ensure accurate and timeline delivery on key initiatives. We are seeking someone who has experience planning, executing, communicating and measuring multi-dimensional programs involving technology, operations, and engineering. As a leader, you must be willing to embrace change, comfortable with chaos and adapt to new situations and challenges.
Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate deliverables from all internal teams and business partners
• Leading project inception/kick-off meetings
• Building out project plans, timelines and associated work streams
• Recording and tracking project deliverables and tasks associated to work stream / team
• Identifying, mitigating and escalating any risks to project delivery
• Owning project status meetings and re-caps
• Coordination across business leadership, product management, operational support and engineering ensure deadlines are hit and overall project stays on track
• Setting up and maintaining of all project documentation and plans
• Provide regular updates to C-Level executives and key business partners
• Develops detailed business process maps Documents as-is and to-be business process steps and owners, standardized work flow, potential failure modes, management control systems and relevant business metrics
• Maintains, updates, and communicates any changes related to Policies and Procedures Manual, maintaining a full and complete library of policies and procedure manuals and process maps for specified businesses and ensuring that all aspects of the materials are reviewed and approved on a routine basis

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4+ years' experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in a software environment
• Experience directly managing delivery of complex internal projects
• Experience in a fast-paced software company environment
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile process experience
• Certified Business Analysis Professional, PMP certification preferred
• Experience leading requirements identification and prioritization efforts for large scale business or technology projects
• Experience working in IT organizations with an understanding of the SDLC
• Experience with Aha! preferred
• Atlassian suite of Project Management Tooling (Confluence, JIRA, associated plugins) preferred
