About the team: 

The Product & Engineering Ops team builds mechanisms to scale a critical part of Convoy. Our team closely partners with senior Product & Engineering leaders to understand what their organizations need to move faster. We then build and implement systems to help our teams be as efficient and effective as possible. This includes everything from strategic planning to budgeting to talent management. Our goal is to move blockers and scale systems that allow our stellar team of engineers, scientists, designers and product managers to do their best work.

The Program Manager on the Product & Engineering Ops team plays a critical role in our organization and is a trusted partner to senior leaders across all functions. You have a tremendous impact across the organization by building systems that scale so our organization can run more efficiently as it grows.

You will:

• Set Strategy: Prioritize competing requests and invest in building systems that have the most significant impact.
• Innovate: Plan & Execute: Deeply understand the day to day role of our functional teams and build mechanisms that streamline processes and save them time
• Cross-functional partnership: Partner closely with senior leaders to understand their area of the business and what is most needed for their team to operate efficiently and effectively.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and building trusted partnerships
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
• A track record of running large scale, cross-functional projects end to end
