About the role:

As a Program Manager on the product team you will work across the organization to drive new business initiatives, from incubation through expansion. The role will primarily be focused on carrier facing programs and will require you to break down large problems into concrete analytical solutions and strategies. You will develop, test, and iterate in depth plans to scale programs across operational and technical functions. You're comfortable in ambiguity and get excited by using your exceptional analytics skills to solve challenging problems. You thrive in a cross-functional environment and have a proven track record of working with Engineering and Product, as well as non-technical teams. Strong communication and the ability to influence across the company to scale solutions for our customers are a must. 

You will have ownership over the following:

• Strategy - You will identify key questions and develop holistic program strategies while driving to resolution through alignment with stakeholders.
• Planning & Execution - You will own end to end planning and execution of strategies to test and scale carrier programs. 
• Metrics & Experimentation - You will be required to design experiments and define metrics and goals to measure program success. You will use your analytics skills to drive insights that inform strategy and create dashboards that track program progress.
• Cross functional partnership - You will work closely with our product, sales, operations, marketing and other teams to execute on long term innovation for our customers.

You have the following skills & experience:

• 6+ years of experience at top tier consulting firm or tech company
• Project management, program management, or operations management experience.
• Proven ability to effectively translate problems into scalable programs that span both business process and technology solutions.
• Strong analytical skills –SQL experience required. Exceptional at creating and analyzing business information, creating dashboards, tracking key business metrics. Exceptional with Excel/Data management tools. 
• You’re a scrappy hustler that can think and act both strategically and tactically
• You can work seamlessly across operations, marketing, and technical functions
• You drive effective teamwork, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
