We are looking for a Program Manager to help us implement application security controls in product development cycle and streamline the release management process from a security standpoint. The right candidate will possess a strong background in Application Security and demonstrated experience in program management leading medium to large projects. The candidate must thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This includes driving high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

What you bring to UiPath

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience working in a product development environment, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills
• 3+ years of Application Security Experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in program, project, or product management

What you will be doing at UiPath

• As the Application Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for Application Security Standards and Procedures Definition
• Leverage industry standards in AppSec and adapt them to the technologies and platforms used at UiPath
• Build actionable guidance for developer community at UiPath
• Build procedures for identifying vulnerabilities in code developed in-house and third party code that is used by UiPathSecurity Assessments
• Own engagement with external and internal security experts and drive assessment of attack surface of UiPath products
• Application of Security Tool Identification and IntegrationIdentify the right tools for identifying vulnerabilities and integrating them into product development lifecycle at UiPath, embracing a continuous development/continuous integration mindset
• Track security bugs across releases of all UiPath components and build executive dashboards to drive visibility into risk and remediation timelines
