Funko is a purveyor of pop culture, making and selling license-focused collectibles. We’re based in Everett, WA where we have a store that delights kids of all ages (kids at heart included). We currently hold hundreds of licenses for franchises ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter, giving us the rights to create tens of thousands of characters—one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. We take your favorite characters and turn them into adorable, or sometimes scary, collectible figures. Our most famous line, Pop! Vinyl, has millions of fans around the world. 

The Project Coordinator is responsible for helping to making sure that concepts turn into cool FUNKO VINL toys on retail shelves. The Product Coordinator will handle various administrative tasks relating to the product life cycle, from initial conception through our art team and into production in our factories.

We’re looking for star players who are organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

Your Super Powers in Action

  • Assist the Project Manager(s) in day-to-day PD assignments including project tracking and internal communications to ensure items are moving forward to meet planned ex:factory dates.
  • Completes item set up in NAV system and data entry into the Shire system
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations
  • Submits projects to licensors per direction of Project Manager(s) through email and online submission websites
  • Takes notes in licensor kickoff calls/ meetings and applicable internal meetings
  • Supports Product Development Assistants in Shipping/ Receiving when needed
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis & projects as required

Must Have Gadgetry

  • 1+ years of project management experience, preferably within a consumer goods organization
  • Must have an eye for data integrity; owns correction to any data entry mistakes
  • Strong and confident communication skills both verbally and written
  • Must have exceptional organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve business problems as they arise
  • Detail oriented – able to understand and look for small and interrelating tasks
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Should be comfortable working independently as well as with a team
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, and Adobe skills a plus
