Description

Blue Nile is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to join our PM team and implement technology projects supporting our new retail stores. Our retail stores are an integral part of our overall customer experience and tie directly to our website and back-end fulfillment processes. In this role, you’ll be working with teams throughout the business.

We need a detail-oriented PM to lead this team with Agile processes. This position offers a mid-level, technical PM the opportunity to own daily stand-up meetings, transition to sprint planning, backlog and project prioritization. You’ll be kicking off projects to get the team started, keeping them on track, holding Go/No Go meetings when development and test are done, and making sure the deployment goes as smooth as possible. You are responsible for tying up all the loose ends and confirming what the project team delivers is what internal stakeholders need. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills are required; a strong sense of ownership is also critical. We are a small company and you’ll be working with a small team – your work will directly impact our bottom line and the team’s ability to work through their queue as efficiently as possible.

Blue Nile is the largest online retailer of certified diamonds, engagement rings and fine jewelry. Our corporate offices are located in Seattle’s vibrant Pioneer Square district, home to the latest wave of internet startups and packed with restaurants and excellent access to transportation and entertainment.
