Yesler is looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Operations Project Manager who will oversee all phases of project delivery with one of our most strategic accounts. This role will work in a dynamic marketing centric environment, regularly collaborating with local clients, global marketers, and agency contributors, to orchestrate their various initiatives for overall digital campaign effectiveness.

We work to tie our client's marketing efforts to specific sales and business targets, demonstrating the return on marketing investment (ROMI) and driving digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Multi-task across multiple projects and marketing campaigns, using existing tools and communication skills to handle project information
  • Manage project deadlines to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining a high quality of program deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for campaign planning and production
  • Orchestrate and lead client and internal stakeholder meetings as needed
  • Create and own change management plan including timeline, communication development, executive leadership alignment, and training materials for multiple audiences
  • Work closely with multiple partners and teams to define, document and implement process workflows
  • Use Project Management or Kanban software to track work items and communicate progress to partners effectively
  • Identify and drive Process Optimizations to improve the efficiency of marketing campaign execution and delivery
  • Coordinate with the Yesler Account Team to provide quarterly status updates on projects
  • Build and maintain extensive project documentation on processes, workflows and communication standards

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in marketing, advertising, or related business experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Experience working with project management tools and Kanban software
  • Experience defining and implementing Operational Best Practices in a dynamic environment
  • Prior agency experience preferred
