Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, create agendas, circulate minutes and action items.
• Follow-up on actions to ensure and facilitate timely completion of deliverables across teams and departments.
• Other duties may include supporting other program and project management initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1-2 years business analyst or project management experience
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Ability to effectively communicate and formally present project status to senior management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills working with cross-functional team members
• Experience supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with IT support or software development
• Be detail oriented, self-driven, and a great communicator
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Confluence and/or Jira), or similar workflow-management tools
• High energy, strong work ethic, must thrive under pressure
