What You'll Do:
- Work within the Product team on roadmap planning, dependency identification, and resource planning across multiple overlapping projects.
- Partner with and serve as an "accountability buddy" and tactical “glue” for cross-company projects that span across our Supply, Demand, Product, and Creative teams.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to management and teammates on plans, status, and critical issues
- Proactively identify potential project risks and create contingency plans
- Run standup meetings, planning sessions and other Product team processes
- Admin our Freshdesk
- Create and maintain project documentation for handoff to Support team
- Assist Nori's CEO with one-off operational projects
- Work in our Seattle office in Ballard, with an "office centric" but flexible WFH culture.
What you’ll need:
- 3-7 years of experience in project management and startup operations at a tech company
- Familiarity with and opinions about both Agile and Kanban
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and independently
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and Zoom)
- Ability to understand and resolve complex business issues through clear expectations and transparency
- That magical combination of professional maturity & naive questioning that lets you notice assumptions, identify urgent issues, know when to escalate them, and drive them to completion.
