We are seeking an inspired, self-directed and results oriented Project Manager. You will play an active role in the day-to-day oversight of our project development and execution across our wellbeing product verticals. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional business leaders to manage the planning, execution, communications and reporting of the departments projects that contribute to the success of the team and RoundGlass.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Work with product vertical to manage and communicate tasks and completion timelines
• Assist with the development and execution of a product strategy
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the department runs smoothly
• Provide support for decision around organizational growth opportunities
• Identify opportunities and lead initiatives that pertain to the product vertical 

Who we're looking for:

• 5+ years in a project management/business management role
• Self-motivated and passionate multi-tasker who thrives and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented with outstanding organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use technology to help facilitate solving business problems
• Experience using Asana, MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to keep stakeholders organized and on-track.
• Familiarity with a start-up or tech space preferred
