EagleView is looking for a talented, experienced, Project Manager to lead IT project delivery. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end. Your primary responsibilities include working with the business to understand requirements, building and maintaining requirements backlog, and successfully leading agile projects through their respective lifecycles. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, calculated judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
• Define and work within an agile project governance framework (e.g. establish team cadence, run Scrum ceremonies, facilitate backlog refinement sessions, etc.)
• Be the functional and subject matter authority for the solution being developed
• Define, develop documentation of business and functional requirements for ongoing system improvement initiatives
• Work with the Product Owner to define the product by identifying requirements and thinking critically about what will make it successful; write user stories that effectively communicate the Product Owner's requirements and that are easily consumed by software development teams
• Collaborate with the project team, in particular the TPM or Product Owner to define and validate the technical approach, strategy and deliverables for the project
• Lead, facilitate and attend meetings; provide project status reporting to management; assist with testing scenarios, and validate results
• Prepare and deliver executive and key stakeholder presentations and work products/prototypes with clearly communicated goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams
• Perform technical analysis to determine present and future business performance; including measurement and tracking of metrics and KPIs associated with projects
• Drive project schedules from design to go-live and manage system go-live

• 5+ years of project and/or program management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams
• Experience building sustainable processes with the future in mind
• Ability to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
• Skills defining and documenting business and functional requirements for ongoing system improvement initiatives in iterative software development environments
• You can employ strong investigative, analytical and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Demonstrated strong knowledge in software delivery: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean
• Experience leading all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, review, demo, and stand-up sessions
• Ability to actively identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues
• You embrace challenging situations and enjoy solving complex problems
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to interpret and handle a vast array of information
Personal Traits & Values

• Intellectual Honesty: you always seek the truth, present all facts in an unbiased manner, and do not allow your personal beliefs to skew your recommendations.
• Systems Thinking: you can view data and an organization from a broad perspective; able to see the overall structure, patterns, and how they interact and influence each other.
• Creative: you think outside the box; you can do more with less; you are resourceful and responsible for the pursuit of business objectives.
• Curious: you are intellectually curious; beyond your role in answering others' data questions, you are constantly asking your own "what if's" and "why's" and relentlessly seek answers to those questions.
• Strong Work Ethic: you thrive in a fast-paced environment, never settle for the bare minimum and always uphold the values and goals of your organization.
• Competitive: you have a strong desire to succeed and are willing to put in the necessary work to achieve your goals and the goals of the organization.
• Relentless: you are determined and focused. You do not give up and work through challenges until you reach a solution.
• Detail Oriented: You are thorough, organized, and productive. You pay attention to the details and rarely let things slip through the cracks.
• Integrity: You don't cut corners ethically and are fully invested in doing the right thing at all times. You are accountable, keep your word and are trusted by your colleagues.
