System1 is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Project Management team. We are a fast-growing and profitable company going public this year. The ideal Project Manager is highly motivated, accustomed to a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of evolving business needs. As a company, System1 is an omnichannel customer acquisition platform with offices throughout the US, Canada, and Europe. We build desktop and mobile apps, search engines, and online publications that empower consumers with information while respecting their privacy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects within the Technology (Product, Engineering and IT) department of System1.

What You Can Expect on the Team

• Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to complete monthly and annual financial reporting
• Manage cross-functional Engineering teams for successful project delivery
• Plan, coordinate, and support company-wide technology projects, such as SOX compliance and infrastructure management
• Partner with Product to improve visibility and tracking of Engineering projects 
• Define and promote best practices and standards for project management 
• Create and manage documentation on project processes, tracking, and reporting

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in project analyst, project management, or management consulting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills required
• Team oriented mindset and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Proficient knowledge of project tracking programs, such as Atlassian products; ability to generate ad hoc reports; experience with Google Workspace a plus
