About the Role:
Join the Global Solution Sales team reporting to the VP, Customer Workflow Sales focused on improving regional pipeline predictability, sales analytics, enablement and the overall health or the sales pipeline. You will successfully work with cross-functional teams to analyze pipeline, develop actionable insights for the Customer Workflow overlay sales team, discover and liaise with all teams to leverage global and regional campaigns to ensure pipeline excellence and maintain proper coverage across geographies.

Leverage centralized marketing programs and campaigns working in close alignment with ServiceNow global Integrated Campaigns team.
Shape deep partnerships with marketing, sales, sales ops & enablement to successfully collaborate on new marketing campaigns and field events
Lead interlock process across sales/marketing orgs to ensure end to end pipeline excellence for the Customer Service Management overlay sales org
Have a reputation with cross-functional teams as being collaborative, innovative, accountable & reliable
Data driven, highly analytical, lead thru influence, structured thinker, team player, executive presenceQualifications
