Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs to understand professional services and product requirements
  • To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
  • Leading the discovery process, conducting business process analysis and gap analysis.
  • Write proposals for product implementations using standard templates / guidelines
  • Work with the pre-sales team to understand the unique requirements for each implementation
  • Provide effort and cost estimates for each implementation and author SOWs
  • Meet proposal deadline by establishing priorities
  • Provide implementation methodology and process related information to prospects during the sales process
  • Demonstrations of the Services, both standard and tailored to prospects
  • Demonstrating prototypes of the solutions with particular emphasis on the business and competitive value of the solution.
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
  • Previous experience of requirements gathering, design and solution building and the ability to replicate this in a commercial setting
  • Able to show and discuss a range of previous customer solution designs
  • Refine templates used for creating proposals based on industry best practices
  • Deliver generic product demos to prospects
  • Maintain the internal knowledge repository by regularly updating and improving boilerplate write-ups

Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE/MBA
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong written and oral English language skills at a native language proficiency level
  • Customer-centric thinking and focus
  • Ability to understand product functionality
  • Should have prior professional services experience
  • Excellent relationship building skills across customers, partners, and internal resources
  • Ability to work under demanding timelines whenever required
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
