About the Role 

As a Campus and Events Program Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to design and bring to life our Recruiting Campus and Events Program. You will partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Marketing and Executives across our business to strategize, plan, coordinate and execute all recruiting events and conferences across the organization globally. In this role, you will also build from scratch, a recruiting strategy for our Intern and Early in Career Hires. As we continue to shape the future of our fast growing company, this role is critical to building pipeline and driving results aligned to our hiring goals. You will be a steward of Highspot and part of evolving an employer brand that will enable Highspot to fuel our People Engine with exceptional talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute all global recruiting events and conferences in partnership with recruiters, hiring teams and marketing
  • Build a recruiting strategy for an intern and new grad program and manage the conference and career fair strategy around it
  • Get buy in from Executives on a campus and new grad program
  • Coordinate details and logistics of each event including employer branding, staffing, schedules, budget, design, and communication
  • Create and manage an annual Recruiting Events and Conferences calendar based on Recruitment needs, hiring goals and ROI
  • Drive the process to review resume books, reach out and invite candidates to the events, and lead pre-briefs and debriefs with the internal teams
  • Function as the lead at the event to help with questions, issues, and coordination
  • Partner with the Talent Marketing Manager and Head of DEI&B to identify events, conferences and sponsorships 
  • Partner with Marketing to increase brand awareness, create design and materials for the events, and socialize the events on social media
  • Collect and evaluate event engagement, reporting, metrics and analysis to share with key stakeholders to influence program changes and future road map
  • Identify and build relationships with DEI professional organizations, schools, communities and other platforms that engage diverse talent to increase representation while fostering awareness and growth through an inclusive environment 
  • Work with Executives and Leaders to participate and speak at our Recruiting events 
  • Build and maintain long term relationships at partner universities with key faculty, professors, administration, and student organizations

Our HQ is located within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Seattle Piers. With amazing 360 views of the Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. The only downside, there are almost too many places to pick for your lunch meetings.
