The Role

Outreach is a leader in sales engagement software and one of the fastest growing technology companies in the country. As a leader in the industry, we expect the Professional Services Resource Coordinator to play an integral role in ensuring our projects are well planned, staffed on time and delivered with exceptional operational execution. Your success will be measured by the overall business impact of our coordination and planning for incoming projects, staffing accuracy, visible record-keeping and operational execution.

This position is based in Seattle, will initially report to the VP of Professional Services & Training and is characterized by the following responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and Services Sales team to review pipeline and staffing needs
  • Work with PS Practice Directors, Partner Management, and Education Leadership to proactively staff implementation projects
  • Ensure proper documentation of projects from Sales>PS>CS
  • Maintain planning documentation and meeting notes
  • Ensure projects are assigned in system proactively
  • Ensure accuracy of initial project plans
  • Provide access to key legal documentation as needed for larger projects
  • Support staffing of special projects
  • Maintain databases of projects, resources, KPIs
  • May support with contracts as overflow
  • Oversee meeting coordination
  • Manage scheduling systems and other tools that support the staffing of projects
  • May develop dashboards and reports related to project staffing and workflow
  • Work closely with PS and Training leadership to receive feedback on resourcing processes and effectiveness, with a constant improvement mindset

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of related experience such as project management, team planning, or organizational roles
  • Experience with planning software such as SFDC, PSA tools, PM tools, and Tableau
  • Strong SaaS business acumen 
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and while being able to roll up the sleeves
  • Exceptional analytical and process skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and successful history of cross-functional collaboration
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new business demands and changing environments
