We believe that a great writing experience is fast, outcome-focused, and alive with your ideas. Going from start to finish on a document in three minutes. Knowing who will respond to anything you've written before you even press send. Writing software that puts your ideas at the center, with language that is certain to land the way you want.

Textio has already changed the way that thousands of companies write and hire, and we are adding a senior enablement manager to our team.

In this role, you will act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to build collateral that brings prospects and customers on our journey. You'll work with partners across Textio to increase sales results and productivity.

We are looking for someone who enjoys writing and finds new ways of winning territories and industries. You are energized by building and you know how to contribute to the success of others.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own and lead Textio's partner enablement program, developing creative messaging and implementing trainings for partners in sales and customer success
  • Support product launches by preparing the sales team and customer teams to understand and sell our solutions
  • Bring new campaigns and ideas to sales leadership and lead execution of effective lead generation programs
  • Partner closely with sales partners to collect insights from the field that inform positioning and product direction
  • Organize and maintain a viable repository of the most effective sales enablement materials and train the team on the use of these materials
  • Review usage metrics for ongoing review and refresh of content
  • Scale the enablement function to meet evolving business needs

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience developing demos, writing cadences, and sales presentations that significantly and measurably impact both buying cycle and customer adoption, engagement, and retention
  • Enjoy the challenge of positioning a brand or product in a way that nobody else has
  • Are as happy telling stories as you are working with quantitative data to measure complex programs and communicate their success
  • Feel energized by a fast-paced startup environment where project priorities and key messages change frequently
  • Have high adaptability and flexibility -- you can work cross-functionally, and manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
  • Demonstrate polished presentation and written communication skills
  • Understand modern sales methodologies, sales process, and alignment through the customer lifecycle
  • Have a self-starter mentality and thrive on tackling new experiments and measuring the response
  • Operate with high attention to detail
  • Have a point of view but are low ego
