The (Sr.) Manager, GTM Strategy will play an important role in supporting revenue growth at Outreach. This role will help drive GTM strategy, strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives that impact growth and funnel efficiency. This will include new market/country entry, channel strategy, customer journey mapping and customer segmentation. This person will own projects end-to-end, from problem and hypothesis development to analysis to recommendation, while driving cross-functional alignment. This person will report to the Director of GTM Strategy & Planning and will be highly visible to Outreach leadership. This opportunity will be critical in shaping our GTM strategy and revenue growth plans.


Location: Open to remote work within the United States

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Drive revenue growth initiatives, including market expansion, channel strategy, white space analysis, funnel process improvements and country-specific go-to-market plans
  • Lead ongoing analysis of funnel and sales performance and craft plans to address areas of weakness and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Lead customer journey / lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership regarding strategy formulation, new growth initiatives and strategic planning
  • Work cross-functionally to develop growth plans for new market launches and new product launches

Qualifications

  • 5+ years work in strategic sales/business operations or management consulting, with strong exposure to go-to-market and market expansion
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems, develop solutions and design high quality executive presentations
  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling narratives in Google Slides presentations
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • High degree of comfort running complex analyses and modeling in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience extracting insights from large datasets using Tableau
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence
  • Thrives in a high-growth environment; loves building and thinks in opportunity
  • Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent is a plus
