Our success is dependent on building teams that include people from different backgrounds and experiences who can challenge each other’s assumptions with fresh perspectives. To that end, we look for a diverse pool of applicants including those from historically marginalized groups — women, people with disabilities, people of color, people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and/or gender nonconforming, first and second generation immigrants, veterans, and people from different socioeconomic backgrounds.

Outreach is on a mission to change how revenue teams engage with their customers, using technology to modernize and scale the sales process. We’re gearing up to expand our industry-leading platform to global audiences and are seeking an experienced Localization Program Manager to define and lead this business-critical effort.

As Senior Program Manager for Localization, you’ll work closely with our product, design and engineering teams to define scalable processes for delivering Outreach in multiple languages. You’ll lead large cross-team initiatives to bring Outreach to new audiences and advocate for translation best practices across the organization. This position will also work with third-party translation vendors, ensuring the operational efficiency of our translation pipeline and the quality of translated content.

At Outreach You Will:

  • Build, manage and execute Outreach’s localization plan in partnership with sales, technical and design stakeholders
  • Ensure new features and product lines meet the expectations of Outreach customers in all supported languages
  • Partner with the UX and Content Design team to craft our strategy for delivering delightful experiences to global audiences
  • Drive localization tooling and workflow improvements across technical teams, keeping Outreach at the forefront of industry best practices
  • Develop KPIs for measuring the success and ongoing quality of Outreach’s localization efforts
  • Maintain a high standard of communication, partnership and transparency with all stakeholders and partners while executing large cross-team initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a project or program manager managing large, cross-functional projects
  • 2+ years experience with localization of a large scale enterprise B2B SaaS offering
  • Understanding of technical and industry best practices related to localization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile, complex projects and tasks
  • Excellent at building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership in ambiguous situations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with multiple languages and/or sales experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Why You’ll Love It Here

• Generous medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees and their dependents

• Flexible time off

• 401k to help you save for the future

• Company-organized and personal paid volunteer days to support the community that supports us

• Fun company and team outings (or virtual events these days!) because we play just as hard as we work

• Diversity and inclusion programs that promote employee resource groups like OWN (Outreach Women's Network), AAPI, Rainbow (LGBTQIA+), Gender+, LatinX, Black Excellence, Disability Community, and Veterans

• A parental leave program that includes not just extended time off but options for a paid night nurse, food delivery, gradual return to work, and the Gottman Institute's Bringing Home Baby course for new parents

• Employee referral bonuses to encourage the addition of great new people to the team

• Plus, unlimited snacks and beverages in our kitchen (once we're back in the office, that is!)

• We’re an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status
