Project Archer is an Augmented Reality studio based in the Seattle area. We are a team of engineers, designers, innovators and creators dedicated to paving the way for augmented reality applications in the retail space. Our focus is on functional use cases that merge diverse data streams and personalized information with specific physical locations to create productive and entertaining immersive real-world shopping experiences.
What You’ll Do
• Work with the executive team to understand the product roadmap, and work to drive priorities and milestone requirements.
• Lead strategic alignment and delivery of company-wide initiatives by working with specific team PMs. You will own the overall project timelines and Jira coordination but you will not manage the other PMs.
• Ensure that the documentation, tech spec, and review process is shepherded by the PM team, chipping in where necessary.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Creative, and QA to ensure teams meet their schedule targets by implementing industry best practices in program and project management and roadmap delivery.
• Increase overall effectiveness of our platform organization by systematically identifying and solving root cause organizational and technological challenges discovered through the course of program delivery.
• Partner with leadership and technical leads to deliver solutions that meet engineering and business requirements
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, product, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services.
• Experience in forming, driving, and growing teams for projects that span across many different technology stacks and creative disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability for being detail-oriented, self-motivated and driving follow-through
• Possess self-drive to keep moving things forward even in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge (avoid “analysis paralysis”).
• Atlassian product experience required.
• 5-7 years experience in PM.
