What We Are Looking For In This Role
You are an Organizer, a Collaborator, a Listener and a gentle Wip when needed. You understand what it takes to extend creative across marketing channels and how it works both the physical Retail and an eCommerce environment. The person in this position possesses an understanding of the elements and principles of project management and delivery across Leafly’s vast ecosystem of customer touch points. Leafly is looking for you! Here are some of your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Manage the creative services workflow
- Develop an understanding of the Leafly brand and products we support so that you can accurately represent them in your daily tasks
- Insistence on driving work towards a creative strategy (including budgets and timelines) based on the project brief, creative criteria, brand attributes and expected production values ideas
- Partner with the creative director, account managers and creative talent to prioritize and deliver high quality print, digital, and interactive creative campaigns and assets
- Contributes to maintaining a strong team-oriented environment
- Deliver assets, files, documents, etc to appropriate cross-functional partners at the right times
- Assist in resource management
- Obtain client approval work, SOWs, schedules and estimates
- Develop project plans for multiple deliverables including graphic design, multimedia, web, photo, video, exhibits, writing and editing.
- Generate project status reports to deliver to team and clients
- Serve as the team point of contact for questions regarding project process, estimates statement of work and deadlines.

Qualifications
- 8-10 years of driving operational excellence in a dynamic, in-house or external agency
- Demonstrate the ability to identify project requirements, constraints and deadlines to develop SOWs, project schedules, and estimates
- Demonstrate the ability to track project schedules, estimates to actual costs, documenting and communicating change requests to project scope, budget and schedule
- Identify areas of improvement and creatively solve complex problems
- Demonstrate the ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines within challenging time frames
- Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally with peers, leadership, business partners and external partners
