We are ExtraHop. We're on a mission to provide security teams with the intelligence they need to confront and stop advanced threats like supply chain attacks, zero day exploits, and ransomware attacks. Cyber attackers still have the advantage. We’re taking it back with creativity, intellectual curiosity, and a sense of humor. Are you ready to help us reclaim the upper hand?

What does IT at ExtraHop look like?

ExtraHop IT encompasses everything in the realm of information technology services, from business applications administration to hybrid network design and deployment, from sales operations support to security architecture, from marketing analytics to cloud service management, with key foundational technologies such as corporate and customer identity management underlying all. We are a soup to nuts operational and support team under an independent and experienced CIO. We collaborate across this organization on a daily basis, and we support one another without reservation in our personal and professional lives. Even with these strong bonds, communications and coordination have been stretched by ExtraHop's rapid growth trajectory. It is time to bring in PM leadership.

As an IT Project Manager you will own the overall management and execution of projects that impact information technology teams, and by extension the company. You will bring a passion for organization and a bias for action, and you will find colleagues eager to benefit from your expertise. We largely follow agile principles but are not wedded to specific methodologies or tools. A successful PM in this role will look for ways to iterate and improve over time, comforted by the knowledge that everything is on the table. Incremental growth is essential to our ongoing success.

  • Proactively manage risks and lead mitigation efforts
  • Assist technical teams in conducting fault analysis and improvement planning following critical service failures
  • Build strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, including vendors, to influence timely decision making and establish trust
  • Build an understanding of business processes, objectives, and challenges and use this knowledge to influence better outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

  • High degree of competency with project management and methodology including issue and risk identification, resource management, tracking dependencies, user acceptance testing, and communication of overall project status
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams spanning IT, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in relevant industry
