About you:

As a Business Process Analyst for the Marketplace Growth team, you will be developing a new framework to ensure we align information and processes from across our shipment funnel. You will be integral to day-to-day operations, driving conversations with key stakeholders, carrying out core tasks, developing new processes, providing coaching and guidance to team members, and constantly working on initiatives to improve how things are done. You are process oriented and analytical, but comfortable with ambiguity due to the ever changing nature of this role. You take ownership of problems and have a desire to grow a team from the ground up.

You will take ownership of:

• Optimizing processes to increase efficiency and automate much of the daily operations
• Driving conversations and initiatives with key stakeholders across the organization 
• Collaborating with the product team to create the internal tools needed to scale program
• Executing projects and tasks efficiently, managing coverage and personnel resourcing when needed
• Being a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders, troubleshooting process and technical problems, providing hands-on support for high priority or high risk tasks, and partnering on new opportunities

You will have the following skills and experience:

• BA required
• 3-5 years professional / business experience
• Desire to create new and refine existing processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills - Excel and SQL preferred
• Scrappiness - we are looking for candidates who can hustle and improvise solutions
• Developed organizational skills and ability to manage many different priorities at once 
• Ability to excel in a fast paced and ever changing work environment
• Basic programming/scripting experience a plus
