Strategy and Operations Manager - Location Flexible

Role Description
Reporting into the Head of Business Development Strategy & Operations, the Strategy & Operations Manager will play a crucial role in building-out the strategy of a global partnerships organization and ensuring its operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and driving critical business processes, setting clear objectives, and partnering closely with the Head of Strategy & Operations and other team leaders to deliver on strategic initiatives. You will gain exposure to a variety of cross functional partners, gain a deep understanding of Dropbox product and growth strategies, and become well acquainted with the operations of running a world class Business Development Organization.
Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional collaboration, gathering inputs and updates from partner teams to drive results.
- Collaborate with partner relationship managers to analyze market trends, product usage data, and customer requests to build the business cases for and support launch of new partnerships and integrations.
- Update and develop new content for key executive work streams, such as earnings calls, leadership offsites, executive meetings, and internal cross-functional communications.
- Support strategic interlock of the business development strategy with our multi-year company strategy
- Elevate team operations by developing processes and systems to reduce manual and repetitive work, and allow the team to focus on higher-value activities.
- Drive team reporting, in partnership with partners in finance, analytics, and engineering, helping clearly and strategically indicate performance and recommendations to leadership.
- Provide BD oversight of our technology partner program and AppCenter, in partnership with legal, comms & marketing, engineering and IT.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in Business Strategy; Operations
- Top MBA and/or management consulting experience a plus
- Demonstrated history of delivering cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize data and make compelling executive recommendations
- Experience developing new templates, processes, and systems to help a team run more efficiently
