As a Technical Program Manager, you will take on significant responsibilities involving the delivery and global rollout of our technologies and features. These efforts often require a mix of skills: project management acumen, technical curiosity, use case awareness, end-user empathy, and communication at multiple levels of detail. You'll focus on delivering multiple high-impact projects including AWS conversions, architecture enhancements, and entire data center-level big bets.
More specifically, here are the things you'll be involved in and often leading:
- Co-planning with stakeholders and business teams: product management, engineering, sales, technical support and customer success
- Creating and owning migration, upgrade, and delivery plans for features, technologies, and architectures across multiple clouds
- Communicating across and between multiple scrum teams and their stakeholders
- Enhancing the planning process
- Identifying architectural gaps
- Working across teams to work through high priority customer needs
- Ensuring delivery of world class products and services
- Leading large, strategic initiatives that cut across products and development teams
- Owning project design and implementation of group‐wide big bets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 8+ years of technical program/project management experience
- Experience managing and successfully delivering large‐scale software development projects
- Experience leading cross‐functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with technical and non‐technical partners including executive staff
- Experience defining programs and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs
- Ability to dive deep and never be out of touch with the details of the business
